Women are often guilty of ignoring their health and settling for unhealthy eating habits due to their busy schedules. However, taking time to fuel our bodies with healthy foods can lead to significant health changes. Eating a balanced diet consisting of whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and lean protein can improve our overall health and help control weight. It also reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. Rather than eating fast food or sugary snacks, we can opt for healthier alternatives like nuts, fresh fruits, and vegetables, which offer better nutrition and energy.
