I’m a mum to 3 young boys. I have juggled a corporate career for over 15 years while my husband works shift work with no stability to his roster. I understand how tough it is when there are so many competing priorities.
My passion for health and fitness was ignited when my husband was diagnosed with a tumor at 28 years old and I was pregnant with our first son. Nothing became more important than living a healthy lifestyle not just to ‘lose weight’ but as a matter of life and death.
